As a Manager in our Brand Solutions team at Chtrbox located in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and connecting brands with the right creators. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting & Scaling: Collaborating with senior leads to identify new business opportunities, track market trends, and expand Chtrbox's client portfolio. - Research & Insights: Delving deep into categories, campaigns, and creators to shape pitch ideas and proposals that resonate with brands. - Pitch Power: Assisting in creating compelling decks and presentations that showcase Chtrbox's expertise in influencer & creator marketing. - Client Connect: Engaging in important client discussions, brainstorming ideas, and supporting ongoing campaigns. - Learning & Growth: Gaining hands-on experience in brand partnerships and understanding how deals are developed, pitched, and closed. To be a good fit for this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand partnerships. - A strong social media presence, staying updated on trends and creator activities. - Strong research skills, creativity, and the ability to align brand requirements with influencer storytelling. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to express ideas clearly. - A collaborative and adaptable team player who is eager to learn and grow.
