As part of the Global Markets Chief of Staff (CoS) Work Distribution Team within GBS India at Bank of America, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of Business Controls & Data Innovation Group. Your role will involve developing and maintaining data analytics and automation initiatives, understanding requirements, executing processes with excellence, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and presenting outcomes through tabular and visual reports. You will work closely with other teams within Global Markets, lines of business, and enterprise functions to drive strategic initiatives in data management and governance. **Responsibilities:** - Provide guidance to direct reports, including senior leaders - Support data analytics and automation projects with technical expertise - Demonstrate expertise in data analytics, mining, manipulation, aggregation, integration, and reporting - Interface with onsite teams, identify anomalies in large datasets, and deliver solutions - Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve processes - Communicate effectively with technical teams and translate concepts for business audiences - Design workflows, recommend improvements for operational effectiveness, and drive operational excellence - Collaborate in a team environment, as well as work independently **Requirements:** - Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, and Python - Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle complex formulas and macros using VBA - Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques (preferred) - Understanding of SQL databases (preferred) - Clear comprehension of Automation and Data analysis - Familiarity with banking operations and financial products - Strong work ethic, ability to deliver results within deadlines, and adapt to various engagement types and work environments - Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and prioritization abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Graduates / Post-graduates with a good academic track record **Experience Range:** - 4-6 years **Work Timings:** - 11.00 AM to 10.00 PM (Weekends Off) **Job Location:** - Mumbai,
