As an experienced finance professional with expertise in Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) Studies and LIE Services, you have the opportunity to join a team working on high-impact assignments with banks, FIs, and NBFCs. By contributing to complex project appraisals and financial evaluations, you will play a crucial role in the corporate advisory division as an Assistant Vice President. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead TEV/LIE assignments, including Project Appraisal and Feasibility Studies covering Technical, Financial & Commercial aspects. - Prepare comprehensive TEV Reports with detailed financial ratios such as DSCR, IRR, Breakeven, etc. - Conduct industry research to provide valuable insights into project viability. - Build and review financial models from scratch, while meticulously documenting assumptions. - Prepare and review Information Memorandums, Credit Appraisal Notes, and other essential documents for lenders/investors. - Liaise with Banks, FIs, and NBFCs to evaluate projects and facilitate deal closure. - Ensure the timely and successful completion of all assignments. **Qualification Required:** - CA / Engineer / MBA from a reputed institute. - Minimum 8 years of experience in TEV/LIE services. - Strong existing relationships with Banks, FIs, and NBFCs. - Excellent understanding of credit appraisal, lending policies, restructuring & stressed asset resolution. - Proficient in communication, financial modeling, and documentation.
