As a highly experienced General Manager / Assistant General Manager / Manager in Automobile Service & Spare Parts at Derik Motors Pvt Ltd, your role will involve leading service workshop operations and spare parts business across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Service Operations:** - Overseeing end-to-end automobile service workshop operations across assigned branches - Ensuring achievement of service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets - Monitoring workshop throughput, turnaround time (TAT), and technician efficiency - Implementing OEM service standards, processes, and audit requirements - Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution - Driving AMC, extended warranty, and value-added service sales - **Spare Parts Management:** - Overseeing spare parts planning, procurement, inventory control, and consumption - Ensuring optimum stock levels and minimizing obsolete and non-moving inventory - Improving spare parts sales through counter sales, workshop sales, and retail channels - Coordinating with OEMs for parts availability, pricing, and schemes - **Leadership & Administration:** - Leading, training, and evaluating Service Managers, Parts Managers, Technicians, and Advisors - Setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives - Controlling workshop costs, warranty claims, and operational expenses - Ensuring compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms - Preparing and reviewing MIS reports, budgets, and profitability statements Your qualifications for this role should include: - Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering preferred - Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant dealership experience also considered - 15+ years of hands-on experience in automobile service & spare parts leadership roles - Experience managing multi-location or high-volume workshops is an added advantage Derik Motors Pvt Ltd offers a Full-Time | On-Site employment opportunity with a salary range of 40,000 - 1,00,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and performance. The company is looking for someone with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Automobile Service Operations and/or Spare Parts Management, preferably in authorized dealerships. Mandatory language requirements include Tamil or Malayalam (Speaking, Reading & Writing), with English proficiency preferred.
