We are now looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and operations-focused Manager to lead our Hojai branch to success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive monthly sales targets for salon & academy.
• Promote memberships, packages, and upselling of premium services.
• Ensure daily revenue tracking and reporting to management.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee smooth day-to-day branch operations.
• Maintain grooming & service quality standards for staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience meet brand requirements.

3. Team Leadership

• Supervise and motivate the salon & academy team.
• Conduct training and skill enhancement for staff.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and discipline.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction & repeat business.
• Monitor Google reviews and encourage positive feedback.

5. Marketing & Promotions

• Execute local marketing campaigns and festive offers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for social media updates, photos, and videos.
• Ensure the branch participates in brand-level promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in managing a salon, spa, or retail outlet.
• Strong sales, customer service, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of salon operations and beauty industry trends.
• Basic understanding of Google updates, social media promotions, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
