Manager / Assistant Manager Reliability & Instrumentation Solutions

As a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in process instrumentation, condition monitoring, smart field instrumentation, predictive maintenance, and digital reliability solutions, your role will involve: - Leading sales and technical support for a range of products including HART Communicators, AMS Device Manager, vibration analyzers, predictive maintenance platforms, smart field instruments, and condition monitoring systems. - Achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets through strategic sales management and collaboration with regional teams. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, end-users, and channel partners to promote reliability solutions. In addition to sales and technical leadership, you will be responsible for managing a business portfolio valued at approximately 30 Crore, covering device management, process instrumentation, and reliability technologies. This will involve delivering technical presentations, demos, value propositions, and ROI-driven proposals for digital reliability initiatives. Collaborating with project and service teams will be crucial to ensure seamless execution, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction. You will also lead commissioning, software support, vibration diagnostics, and lifecycle services related to reliability solutions. Moreover, you will handle Predictive Maintenance (PDM) programs across multiple industrial sites with over 98% uptime and support digital plant asset management, diagnostic tools, and rotating equipment condition monitoring systems. Your role will also involve managing and mentoring a team of engineers to improve service responsiveness and technical capability, as well as training channel partners and internal teams on reliability technologies, IoT-based asset health monitoring, and digital transformation initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Diploma/Degree in Industrial Electronics or related field. - 10+ years of experience in engineering, automation, instrumentation, reliability, and technical services. As a part of this role, you may be required to work full-time, part-time, or on a freelance basis with a contract length of 6 months.
