Manager / Assistant Manager Projects

As a Project Manager at Sigachi, you will be responsible for overseeing projects related to the manufacturing of Excipients for Pharma, Nutra, and food industries in multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. - Analyzing the budget and timeline, overseeing various steps of the project, and working closely with company leaders. - Coordinating with all functions from conceptualization to commissioning phases of the project to ensure successful completion. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team to meet established standards, regulations, and customer requirements. - Managing multi-disciplinary project teams, supervising project team members, engineers, consultants, and technical personnel. - Reviewing electrical designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements. - Conducting feasibility studies, cost estimation for project proposals, and obtaining management approvals. - Monitoring and reporting on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensuring legal/regulatory compliance and functional requirements are met by efficient planning and management of complex green and brownfield projects. - Defining and implementing a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are met within the approved budget and timeline. Qualifications Required: - Preferably BE/B.Tech in EEE/E&I. Experience: - 12-18 years of relevant industry experience. Please note that the role will involve traveling to other project locations.,
