Manager Asset Management Excellence

Job Purpose

To drive the implementation of Asset Management Excellence (AME) standards across Cipla sites, ensuring asset integrity, process safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on balancing performance, risk, and cost throughout the asset lifecycle to optimize plant performance and resource utilization.

Asset Management Excellence processes implementation

• Prepare and execute Yearly plan for the sites for AME deliverables.
• Conduct yearly health assessment of AME processes across Cipla sites and enable sites in improving AME process continuously.
• Review of AME Standards and Roll out new standards aligning with Business requirement.
• Predict and budget for future equipment and maintenance costs.
• Produce reports on current and future asset values like monthly reports, monthly reviews, quarterly reviews.
• Cost analysis / total cost of ownership.
• Co-ordinate benchmarking of AME process through external consultants.
• Maintenance productivity and maintenance planning.
• Simplify and minimize the cost of asset lifecycle management.

Education Qualification :

Relevant Work Experience:

• 8-15 years of experience in engineering (Reliability, Maintenance, Operations and Projects). At least 3 years in Asset Integrity & Reliability Engineering SME role
• Exposure to Asset management Excellence Standards & Regulations
• Exposure to Asset Management tools like SAP, RBI, RCM, IPF, AIM etc.
• Exposure to Asset Integrity, Process Safety & efficiency standards
• Hands On experience on Reliability Engineering, analytics & planning of at least 3 years
• Ability to implement new techniques, deep understanding of manufacturing process, planning and organizational skills, prioritization multi-tasking, understanding of financial concepts
• Good technical knowledge of Pharma / API machinery, utility requirements, GMP and various regulatory requirements
