Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure that all ARIS instances are operational during business hours.
Create and administer the global ARIS Database for the client.
Manage user accounts and groups, including ARIS License Management via UMC.
Configure and manage filters and templates within ARIS.
Set up new client environments and assign appropriate functional & access privileges to users/groups.
Create custom objects and associated metadata, maintaining library objects.
Define and standardize ARIS Governance and Change Management processes.
Establish QA processes and train project teams accordingly.
Import models from third-party tools/applications as needed.
Conduct regular database cleanup and reconciliation of library objects.
Manage Change and Release Management for data and configurations across ARIS environments.
Coordinate with the vendor support team for incident and problem management.
Mentor Agile teams on RTB optimization and ensure quality service operations.

Skills Required:

Strong experience in ARIS administration and configuration.
Expertise in BPM and business process management.
Knowledge of ARIS governance, change management, and QA processes.
Experience managing databases, user accounts, and licenses within ARIS.
Familiarity with importing models and maintaining library objects.
Ability to mentor teams, manage incidents, and optimize RTB operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
