1.Application support on product selection as well as vehicle level integration and testing
2. Technology absorption (from JV partner) and deployment
3. Working with external labs and certification bodies
4. Closely interacting with BD team to understand voice of customer and to conceptualize and lead India/Customer specific customization projects
5. Leading timely completion of India & customer specific engineering and product development projects
6. Supporting operations, quality and after sales service teams on problem resolution
1. Qualified Engineer (Electronics/Power Electronics) preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes. Should have excellent knowledge of electric motors drives
2. Experience in the Automotive/Auto Component/Motor & AC Drive industries. Experience in EV space and in vehicle level integration would be a huge advantage
3. Exposure to hardware and/or embedded software development would be a huge advantage
4. Comfortable working in a startup environment and flexible to adjust plans as per business needs
5. High drive and enthusiasm to make a difference
6. Exposure to multicultural environment
7. Good people manager
