Manager- App Marketing

Role Overview: At Porter, we are dedicated to revolutionizing last-mile logistics and are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. Your role will involve executing and managing various digital marketing channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to drive campaigns aligned with business goals, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize channel performance. Key Responsibilities: - Execution and management of all digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliates to increase customer acquisition and retention. - Collaborate with business and marketing teams to execute re-marketing, awareness, and acquisition initiatives in line with overall business objectives. - Work closely with performance marketing, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Test campaign ideas, analyze results, and optimize channels through reporting and dashboarding. - Stay updated on new market trends in performance marketing, conduct competitors analysis, and create action plans for execution. - Utilize strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and achieve targets. - Independently work in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategic planning and ground execution. - Evaluate customer acquisition from growth experiments, understanding ROAS or LTV to CAC ratios. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a successful track record managing campaigns across various channels in India (experience in international countries is a plus). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in analytics tools for insight generation aligned with channel strategies. - Deep understanding of user attribution modeling. - Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL. - Knowledge of targeting iOS users in digital marketing is advantageous. - Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP). - Experience in managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.,
