Manager, Analyst Relations

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key analysts and advisors at supply chain-focused advisory firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others. Your responsibilities will include: Communication and Briefings: - Developing and delivering detailed briefings, presentations, and materials to keep supply chain-focused analysts informed about the company's solutions and achievements. - Aligning company messages with the research agendas of supply chain advisory firms. Feedback Gathering: - Proactively seeking feedback from analysts on market positioning, competitive advantages, and areas for improvement. - Sharing valuable insights obtained from interactions with analysts with internal teams. Market Education: - Educating analysts on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. - Positioning o9 as a key contributor and innovator in the supply chain domain. Advocacy and Influence: - Collaborating with internal teams to secure positive coverage and favorable positioning in reports. - Working towards obtaining positive recommendations and endorsements from advisory analysts. Events and Programs: - Planning and executing tailored analyst briefings and events for supply chain advisory firms. - Facilitating direct engagement with o9 experts. Monitoring and Analysis: - Staying updated on research agendas, reports, and market insights from supply chain advisory firms. - Analyzing feedback from analysts to guide strategic decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Proven experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, or related roles focusing on advisory firms, particularly in the supply chain domain. - In-depth understanding of supply chain advisory firms" research methodologies and influence. - Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to align with advisory firm interests. - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with analysts and internal teams. - Analytical mindset, proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
