Job Description

Join us as a Manager - Advanced Technical Support Engineer to provide expert assistance for Schneider Electric's Digital Power products. Key Responsibilities: Resolve technical requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. Manage our knowledge base and deliver technical training. Conduct onsite interventions for critical issues. Requirements: 6-8 years of experience with Digital Power products. Hands-on experience in MV protection relays (Micom, Vamp, Sepam, Easergy P3/P5, C264, T300/T200, Saitel 2000), substation automation, feeder protection, FPIs, and power system protection and control.. Proficiency with PACIS (EPAS) software and various communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, IEC61850) .
