Job Summary:

The Admission Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the admissions process of the institution. This includes driving student enrollment targets, managing admission counselors, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective admission and enrollment strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process — from inquiry to enrollment.
• Supervise and guide the admissions team/counselors in handling student queries and applications.
• Plan and organize admission campaigns, open houses, school/college fairs, and counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
• Maintain and analyze data related to inquiries, applications, and conversions to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for onboarding new students.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission regulations.
• Build relationships with schools, coaching centers, and consultants for student outreach.
• Prepare and present regular reports on admissions status and performance to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
