Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, QPA Coder at Genpact, you will have the following responsibilities: - Developing VBA Macros for Access, Outlook, SAP, Mainframe, and knowledge of working with Windows API and Web Scrapping. - Executing SQL Query, Analysis, and Testing. - Proficiently analyzing Results, Bug fixing & Reporting. - Capturing complete QPA requirements in detail from the Operation team. - Preparing requirement summary and re-confirming with Business. Qualifications we are looking for in you: Minimum Qualification: - Proficiency in VBA, Excel Macros, MS Access, Outlook automation, Sharepoint automation. - Sound understanding of Analysis, Coding, and Unit testing. - Experience in Database such as SQL, PL-SQL, etc. Preferred Skill Set: - Planning coding & UAT phase with QPA manager and working as per the plan. - Proactively communicating with QPA manager for any delays in coding/UAT Phase. - Following up with Operation teams on UAT and ops sign off. - Willingness to work across offices within the city. - Ready to adjust working hours as per the operation team's needs for requirements capturing.,
