A sound understanding of Analysis, Coding, and Unit testing is essential, along with proficiency in analyzing results, bug fixing, and reporting. Experience in databases such as SQL, PL-SQL, etc., is highly desirable. Preferred skill sets for this role include planning coding & UAT phases with the QPA manager, proactively communicating with the QPA manager for any delays in the coding/UAT phase, following up with Operation teams on UAT and ops sign-off, being ready to work across offices within the city, and adjusting working hours as per the operation team's needs for requirements capturing.
