In this role, your responsibilities will include developing VBA Macros for various platforms such as Access, Outlook, SAP, Mainframe, along with knowledge of working with Windows API and Web Scraping. You will also be expected to handle SQL Query, Analysis, and Testing, as well as proficiently analyze results, conduct bug fixing, and prepare reports. Capturing complete QPA requirements in detail from the Operation team, preparing requirement summaries, and re-confirming with the Business are also key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a minimum qualification in VBA, Excel Macros, MS Access, Outlook automation, and Sharepoint automation. A sound understanding of Analysis, Coding, and Unit testing is essential, along with proficiency in analyzing results, bug fixing, and reporting. Experience in databases such as SQL, PL-SQL, etc., is highly desirable. Preferred skill sets for this role include planning coding & UAT phases with the QPA manager, proactively communicating with the QPA manager for any delays in the coding/UAT phase, following up with Operation teams on UAT and ops sign-off, being ready to work across offices within the city, and adjusting working hours as per the operation team's needs for requirements capturing.
