As a Management Trainee Talent Acquisition at our company, you will be part of a dynamic HR team and will undergo a 6-month trainee program specifically designed for high-potential MBA graduates from Tier 1 business schools who are enthusiastic about building a career in recruitment. During this program, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, where you will learn how to source, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting our company as an employer of choice. - Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and providing smooth candidate experiences. - Collaborate with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs. - Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier 1 business school is a must. - Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a "salesy" and persuasive approach. - Highly aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. - A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
