Management Trainee

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. The role involves working directly with clients, negotiating deals, closing sales, and performing essential administrative tasks, including Excel-based work. Key Responsibilities : Client Communication : Engage and build strong relationships with clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Understand client needs and communicate tailored solutions effectively. Maintain regular follow-ups and status updates to ensure client satisfaction. Negotiation and Deal Closing : Participate in negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. Develop and present proposals and quotes based on client requirements. Collaborate with senior team members to finalize agreements and contracts.
