Responsibilities:

• Responsible for training all the department members
• Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals, and objectives
• Creating projects and oral presentations
• Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered
• Working with established client accounts
• Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures, and methods used to be effective within each department
• Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business.
• Good analytical – You must be comfortable with basic Excel and be willing to try Google Docs
  

Requirements:

• Experience in a management role or similar.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.
• Excellent time management skills.
