Management Trainee- sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will learn the full sales cycle—from prospecting and customer engagement to closing deals—under the guidance of experienced sales professionals. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a successful career in sales and develop strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
• Assist the sales team in identifying new sales opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Support senior sales representatives in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information as needed.
• Participate in sales training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
• Help prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support overall business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or B.E Mechanical, Chemical or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about a career in sales.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
