Management Trainee – Founder’s Office (Ops, Design & Marketing Support)

About the Role:

Management Trainee

You’ll help keep the backend moving, assist with design and content work, and execute key internal tasks. If you're someone who enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities and learning on the go, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow up on internal projects and manage backend operations
• Work on trackers and reports in Excel/Google Sheets
• Support with Canva design work
• Assist with marketing ideation, execution & content
• Coordinate with vendors, manage small shoots, and event tasks if needed
• Take full ownership of mini projects and internal workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong with Excel/Google Sheets
• Canva or design tool familiarity
• Proactive mindset and high willingness to learn
• Based in Kolkata and available to work on-site full-time

Bonus (Not Required):

• SEO knowledge or experience with tools like Notion, Trello, or Google Workspace
