Management Trainee - Business Development

As a Management Trainee in the Marketing/Business Development department at our company located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for B2B marketing of Nutraceutical products. Your role will involve a combination of technical knowledge and marketing skills. Some key responsibilities include: - Conducting techno-commercial evaluation of new products and companies for potential partnerships. - Mapping the Indian market to identify and engage with potential customers. - Providing service to both principals and customers. - Gathering market intelligence and monitoring market trends. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum education requirement is a Graduate degree in Biotechnology or Life Sciences, preferably with a B.Tech. - Post-graduate qualifications like M.Tech in Biotechnology/Life Sciences or an MBA in Marketing/International Business are preferred. - Sound technical knowledge, sincerity, hard work, and analytical skills are essential. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
