Job Responsibilities (as a Management Trainee): Supervising staff and ensuring compliance with operational and sanitation standards. Achieving sales and profit targets, managing budgets, and maintaining QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards. Implementing security measures related to cash, stock, and assets. Motivating and developing team members, providing training and development opportunities. Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback.
