Support Payroll Team with projects and process improvement initiatives.]

Responsibilities
.Perform activities necessary in processing payroll for all employees in the US and Canada.Process termination/severance payments and signing bonuses.Process tax adjustments and refund payments.Calculate and pay ESL payments.Coordinate payroll audits/reviews to ensure accuracy of pay and identify potential errors.Provide time & labor support to HR Ops, managers, supervisors, and T&L users.Research and resolve payroll issues.Coordinate printing, packaging, and distribution of checks/advices.Complete bank activities such as pay card funding and NOC reports.Perform other duties as assigned.Shadow Leadership to enhance people management skills. Manage workload and work allocation. Maintain and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures as agreed with the client. Responsible on all day-to-day activities and people handling.Conduct payroll adjustments, process off-cycle payments, process voids & reissues, process terminations.Coordinate payroll audits/reviews to ensure accuracy of pay and identify potential errors.Process seasonal PTO, severance and relocation as assigned.Provide Time & Labor support to HR Operations, Managers, Supervisors and Time & Labor Users.Research and resolve payroll issues.Coordinate printing, packaging and distribution of checks/advices as assigned.Yearend Activities W2's, T4's etc.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications.Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience.3 + years of high volume payroll experience.Excellent customer service skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees.Strong analytical abilities.Proficient to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Previous experience in Workday, UKG is preferred
