Job Title:

Role Overview

Quality (ISO 9001/IATF 16949)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain & improve QMS/EHS systems per ISO & IATF standards.
Conduct management reviews, internal/process/product/customer audits, and ensure CAPA closure.
Liaise with certification bodies & auditors; control QMS/EHS documents.
Ensure legal & regulatory compliance for safety & environment.
Lead environmental impact, risk & hazard assessments; emergency preparedness.
Handle customer complaints, PPM tracking, cost of quality, and internal rejection trends.
Oversee CSR/CoC compliance, 5S audits, Carbon Footprint & TISAX certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

BE / DME (Mechanical/Production preferred).
Certified Internal/Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (preferred).
Strong ISO & IATF knowledge, leadership, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office & management system tools.
