We’re looking for a MIS Trainee for our Shimla (HP) location.

• This role is perfect for someone who loves working on Excel and wants to grow in the field of data reporting and analysis.
• Role: MIS Trainee
• Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
• Salary: 1.0-2.5(CTC will vary based on the candidate’s knowledge of MIS and Advanced Excel)
• Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good knowledge of Excel are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on MS Excel using advanced formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.
• Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare analytical dashboards and assist in data interpretation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy and report delivery.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Strong Excel knowledge (Advance level a must!)
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow
