Management Graduate - Intern

Prapti Agarbathies LLP is seeking a highly motivated and driven Management Graduate to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Siliguri, West Bengal. As a Management Graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience in various departments, including production, sales, marketing, and administration, to develop the skills needed for a future leadership role in our growing company.

About the Role

As a Management Graduate at Prapti Agarbathies, you will undergo a structured training program that provides comprehensive exposure to all aspects of our business operations. You'll work closely with senior management, participate in key projects, and contribute to the company's strategic goals. This role is a stepping stone to a managerial position, offering a clear path for professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotational Training:

  Rotate through different departments to understand their functions, including raw material procurement, manufacturing processes, quality control, inventory management, and distribution.

• Operational Support:

  Assist department managers with day-to-day tasks, data analysis, and report preparation to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

• Project Management:

  Participate in special projects aimed at improving processes, increasing productivity, and enhancing product quality.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business revenue to identify areas for improvement.

• Research & Analysis:

  Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends within the agarbatti and fragrance industry.

• Communication:

  Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and team members on findings and project progress.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
