Installation and Configuration

• Install and configure ManageEngine products such as Endpoint Central, Service Desk, OP Manager, and others at customer sites.
• Prepare prerequisites and presales documentation required for installations.

Presales Support

• Conduct presales presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for ManageEngine tools either onsite or via Microsoft Teams.

Support and Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot and resolve ManageEngine-related support issues at customer sites.
• Raise and manage support tickets with ManageEngine to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Training and Team Support

• Train and support team members on ManageEngine products and their management.

Audit and Documentation

• Conduct quarterly audits of ManageEngine products installed at customer sites.
• Identify shortcomings and recommend improvements.
• Log and close tickets in the online ticketing system.
• Prepare sign-off documentation and improvement checklists post-installation or audit.
