Installation and Configuration Install and configure ManageEngine products such as Endpoint Central, Service Desk, OP Manager, and others at customer sites. Prepare prerequisites and presales documentation required for installations. Presales Support Conduct presales presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for ManageEngine tools either onsite or via Microsoft Teams. Support and Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve ManageEngine-related support issues at customer sites. Raise and manage support tickets with ManageEngine to ensure timely resolution. Ensure all support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Training and Team Support Train and support team members on ManageEngine products and their management. Audit and Documentation Conduct quarterly audits of ManageEngine products installed at customer sites. Identify shortcomings and recommend improvements. Log and close tickets in the online ticketing system. Prepare sign-off documentation and improvement checklists post-installation or audit.
