Male Store Supervisor

1. Ensure all the RM/PM etc. are placed on their allocated areas and no person can take material out of the store without the store supervisor permission.

2. Issue RM/ PM etc. to production as per FIFO/ FEFO Method. Also, open sample bags etc. should be used immediately before using any packed bags etc.

3. Maintain BIN cards for all RM/PM etc. Update them correctly and on timely basis and tag all the RM/PM timely and properly as per manner prescribed.

4. Separate the damaged/expired stock from fresh stock twice a week to ensure product quality and streamline inventory management.

5. Maintaining Hygiene and Cleanliness in Store Area - No Rats, Insects etc. - Getting clean every location at least twice in month and maintain the store cleaning register properly.

6. Maintain outwards register correctly & timely verification/ signature thereafter. At the end of each shift, get the issue entries updated in ERP by the Data Entry Operator.

7. Preparation of report of expired/ damaged/ near to expiry (before 1 month of expiry) RM/ PM etc.

8. Monthly counting of complete stock of RM/PM etc.

9. Time Gap b/w the arrival of vehicle to unloading the material in store should not be more than 1 working day for ShyamG and within 2 working days for YD.

10. Supervising the unloading of material, counting of unloaded material and ensure no material is damaged/ expired.

Verification of material received entry done in material inwards register and get the material inwards entry updated in ERP by the data entry operator

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
