Job Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with spinal cord injuries, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring. · Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. · Educate patients and families about spinal cord injury management, rehabilitation processes, and preventive care. · Assist with mobility and rehabilitation exercises, ensuring patient safety and comfort. · Monitor and document patient progress, addressing any complications or changes in condition. · Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. · Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
