Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Executive

Job Purpose:

To ensure the continuous and efficient operation of plant machinery, equipment, and infrastructure by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, and supporting production needs with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and utility equipment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment like motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, chillers, boilers, etc.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and conduct root cause analysis.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and daily activity reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Collaborate with the production and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, spares, and consumables.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in industrial / plant maintenance (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/packaging).
• Skills:
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics/pneumatics is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
• Tools/Software: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) desirable.

Working Conditions:

• Will be required to work in shifts.
• Should be open to working in a factory/industrial environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
