Role & responsibilities

Trouble shooting of machines
Repair analysis and maintenance history monitoring
MTBR/MTBF adherence
5 S implementation and follow up
Emphasising Safety Health and Environment
Writing of work instructions and traning others
Adherence to the shift target of his module
Team Leader capabilities
Assign work to the module people'
Follow up and corrective action against deviation
Time Based Maintenance
Machine uptime adherence and gap analysis
Supporting Customer and other audit
IATF/EMS/OH & S system requirements
Train the new people
Skill Matrix updation and skill development
Man management skill
Shop floor discipline emphasising
Shift roaster, shift assignment
Operator Observation and Evaluation
Self management and coheasiveness
Manpower Planning
Lock out tag out principal and ensure adherence
Computer Knowledge
Energy Management system requirements and Energy Saving initiatives and system adherence.
