As an Equipment Installation and Maintenance Technician, your main responsibilities will include: - Helping to install complex systems and conducting inspections of equipment with guidance. - Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment for emergency repairs and carrying out preventive maintenance routines. - Conducting complex analyses, quality tests, and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment. - Developing a working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to your work, to ensure tasks are undertaken to the required standards. - Following a range of mandatory procedures and methods of work to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of yourself and others. - Organizing your work schedule each day in line with changing priorities. - Developing and maintaining excellent process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. - Supporting the implementation of improvements and carrying out simple change management tasks.
