The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance: Repair and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Plumbing Services: Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe repairs. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems. Facility Upkeep: Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the premises. Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, minimizing downtime and disruptions. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years in electrical and plumbing maintenance. Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools; strong problem-solving abilities. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
