Job Summary We are hiring for position of maintenance technician. Our company is into manufacturing springs in Chennai. Responsibilities and Duties 1)Person is responsible for maintenance activities in our shop floor: Candidate if selected in the interview SHOULD submit his original diploma or relevant degree certificate and sign an agreement to work with our organization for 4 to 5 years. Should know basic electrical connection (example: from mains to stabilizer and from stabilizer to the machine) Should have basic knowledge in electronics troubleshooting Any knowledge in mechanical maintenance, pneumatic, hydraulics systems maintenance is a plus Candidate should be able to troubleshoot a problem, should be able to identify the source of the issue, should have knowledge of soldering and de-soldering components The person should be willing to support in production work (machine running) when not attending maintenance activities. We generally prefer DIPLOMA candidates First 1 to 1.5 years will be training period 5) Only gents should apply 6) Usual shift is from 9am to 5:30pm, 6am to 2pm, 11:00 am to 7:30pm and 2pm to 10pm. No night shift! 7) Work location is at Perungudi,Chennai and company does not provide transport 8)Company does not provide food/accommodation 9)Candidates need to have 4 to 7 years of experience (preferably in industrial equipment maintenance) with focus on electronic components troubleshooting, general machine maintenance. Key Skills: electronics troubleshooting , electrical maintenance, Soldering, basic electrical connections, should be willing to support in production Required Experience and Qualifications Candidates need to have preferably 4* to 7 years of experience* (preferably in industrial equipment maintenance ) with focus on electronic components troubleshooting, general machine maintenance.
