Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance:Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Emergency Maintenance:Responding to urgent maintenance requests and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Equipment Installation and Setup:Assisting with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment logs.
• Safety Compliance:Following safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Inventory Management:Managing maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
• Communication and Collaboration:Communicating effectively with supervisors, team members, and other professionals regarding maintenance needs and priorities.
• Facility Upkeep:Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including landscaping and minor repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
