Job Description

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your role involves working to align with the safety culture on the production line and learning the processes with a depth of understanding to get an overview of controls & automation logic. Your key responsibilities include: - Undertaking maintenance activities as per IATF Process - Diagnosing faults of Molding, Auto Soldering, EPSON Robot, Stabulli Robot, Ovens, Magnetizer, welding, dispensing process, etc. - Expertise in understanding/reading control drawings, Mechanical drawings, AutoCAD, SAP PM - Refurbishment of equipment - Knowledge of TPM - 5'S and Systematic Maintenance - Supporting the production team for autonomous maintenance - Creating maintenance procedures - Performing analysis for failures - Supporting spare part management activities - Working in shifts Your qualifications should include being aware of electrical voltage systems of 50Hz & 60Hz, holding a Diploma/Degree in Engineering in any discipline, and having 2 to 5 years of work experience in the mentioned profile.
