Job Title: Factory Supervisor Location: Kundli, Sonipat Salary: 50,000 55,000 (in-hand) Gender/Age Preference: Male, 50–60 years Preferred Background: Retired Military Personnel Job Summary: We are looking for a highly disciplined and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day upkeep, cleanliness, and general discipline at our manufacturing facility in Kundli, Sonipat . The ideal candidate will be an ex-serviceman with leadership qualities and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the entire factory premises. Monitor and supervise routine maintenance of factory equipment and infrastructure. Enforce discipline among workers and staff in accordance with company policies. Conduct daily inspections of different factory areas to ensure order and cleanliness. Coordinate with the maintenance team and ensure timely resolution of repair needs. Maintain records of maintenance and cleanliness routines. Serve as the point of contact for any emergency situations or operational issues. Report directly to the Factory Manager or Plant Head with regular updates. Instill a military-like culture of order, punctuality, and responsibility within the premises. Qualifications & Requirements: Retired personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Paramilitary Forces preferred. Age between 50 to 60 years . Physically fit and active. Minimum basic education (Graduation). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage workers and enforce discipline with authority and fairness. Familiarity with basic factory operations is a plus.
