The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring prompt resolution of equipment failures and minimizing downtime.
Allocate personnel to attend to breakdowns in the absence of Maintenance In-Charge.
Maintain Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and ensure uninterrupted supply of power, steam, air, and cooling water to process units.
Attend to equipment breakdowns and maintain uninterrupted utility services to production units.
Plan and control the availability of diesel, firewood, and water for boiler and process units.
Freshers and candidates with years upto 5 (0-5 Years) experience in Maintenance
department preferred Strong Technical Knowledge
Able to work well in teams
Good communication skills
