Maintenance Supervisor

Key skills:

• Should have good knowledge & experience of maintenance of various utility equipment like Transformers, HT LT switch gear, Air compressors, DG Sets, ETP-STP, Water treatment plants, Fire hydrant systems, Cooling towers, MHEs, Voltage stabilizers, UPS, Panel AC, Oil chillers & Office AC
• Should have good knowledge of Electrical SLD, water piping diagrams, civil structural drawings
• Should have basic knowledge of requirements of new machines installation-commissioning & relocation of machines at shop floor
• Should have ability to execute utility projects individually
• Should have ability of good communication among team, with vendors & peer members of other departments
• Additional knowledge of maintenance of machine shop equipment is preferrable

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for achieving department KPIs & upkeep the plant utility equipment
• Will be responsible to lead/Execute the utility maintenance & planned activities individually
• Will be responsible to maintain availability of utility spares stock, readiness of spare equipment
• Will be responsible to lead team in machine installation/ machine shifting projects & should guide subordinates
• Will be responsible to do the Kaizens for Sustainability improvement like Energy conservation, Water conservation
• Will be responsible to attend/execute the planned maintenance activities on Sundays / Holidays
• Will be responsible to update & analysis energy and water consumption data

Authorized for:

• Work distribution among utility team members
• Get quotations from vendors for spares & service, Indenting
• Certification of work carried out by contractor/ Service providers
• Take external service support from OEM / Service agency in case of critical breakdowns
