Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Maintenance Supervisor at our Blending Plant in Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain plant efficiency through effective preventive and corrective maintenance practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and oversee all maintenance & operations activities for the plant's machinery, utilities, and support systems. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, HVAC & Cooling systems, besides plant & process equipments, etc. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of all maintenance and repair tasks. - Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime. - Maintain compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies. - Manage maintenance records and reports as per the Company norms & process. - Coordinate with production, engineering, and utility teams for smooth plant operations. - Monitor and guide maintenance technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and resources. - Oversee operations of key common equipment like HVAC, Chiller plants, Air & Water Distribution Systems, Fire & Safety related systems, Generators, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - ITI / Diploma in Machinery or Mechanical / Electrical streams. - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in plant maintenance and supervision in a Life science, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food & Nutrition, or related manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. - Hands-on experience with production and blending machinery. - Proficiency in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and CMMS software. **About Caldic:** At Caldic, we are a global leader in distribution solutions, serving diverse markets across the world.
