Maintenance Manager / Sr. Manager

As a Maintenance Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM in the ERW / Tube Mill Division at Bhachau, Gujarat, you will lead and oversee the Mechanical Maintenance Department for the Metallurgy / Tube Mill Division. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for critical equipment in CRW / CDW / Galvanization / ERW Pipe Manufacturing processes. - Ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of machines by implementing TPM and RCM practices. - Supervising maintenance teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and reliability standards. - Managing spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance budgeting. - Identifying and driving process improvement, energy conservation, and cost optimization initiatives. - Ensuring timely maintenance documentation, audits, and reporting. - Coordinating with Production, Quality, and Projects teams for plant modification or expansion activities. To excel in this role, you must possess: - Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, utilities, and rotating equipment. - Hands-on experience in Metallurgy, Steel, ERW / Tube Mill, or Pipe Manufacturing Plants. - Sound knowledge of plant maintenance planning, CMMS systems, and reliability engineering. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team effectively.
