Position Title Manager / Deputy Manager - Plant Maintenance Preferred Companies - Automobile or Engineering Industry Location - Karumathampatti, Coimbatore Key Responsibility Maintenance of Air Compressors, , ETP, STP, Pollution control & Fire Hydrant system, Gas Plant, Buildings, Solar panel, Pressure Stove ,Chiller and Air Conditioning System .... Planning, organize spares & other resources for effective & economical manufacturing. Ensuring adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedule. Ensuring the basic condition of Plant & Machines. Ensuring maximum uptime of Plant machineries. QMS and EOHS, customer specific system compliance and Legal compliances Man power allocation and handling. Maintain 5S Knowledge , Skill and Experience : Educational Qualification DME/BE - Electrical with C License Soft Skills SAP and MS office Total Experience 15 to 20 Years Leadership & Functional Competencies : People Management, Integrity ,Commitment , Good analytical Skill ,Result Oriented, Communication and Presentation Skills,Supervise and Training skill, EOHS, QMS,Utilitity Maintenance Knowledge, TPM, 5 S, Genset, Transformer, Compressers,Solar Energy.. .
