Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that machinery and infrastructure are well-maintained and run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for all machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Supervise and lead maintenance staff, technicians, and vendors.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and service activities.
• Manage budgets and control expenses for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and increase machine efficiency.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and repairs swiftly and cost-effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a maintenance leadership role must be from Packaging Background.
• Excellent knowledge of machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
