Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and skilled Maintenance & Inventory Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities and manage restaurant inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and carry out maintenance of A/C, CCTV, electrical, plumbing, and other restaurant equipment.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
  • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Track daily stock usage and coordinate with vendors for repairs and purchases.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all facilities and utilities in the restaurant.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in maintenance and storage areas.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in maintenance or inventory management (hospitality/restaurant preferred).
  • Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and equipment systems.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
