Maintenance Incharge Hospital

a.

* Supervise procurement and maintenance & upgrades of furniture, utilities, computers, security systems & signage for the overall facility;

* Supervise facility usage, operations, equipment maintenance, etc.;

* Prepare & maintain annual budget for building use and facility maintenance;

* Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors;

* Investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises;

* Liaising with tenants of commercial properties;

* Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or re-organizing current premises;

* Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements;

* Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;

* Planning, directing, coordinating & budgeting for a single facility (or several small facilities) including hiring personnel;

* Establish and administer policies & procedures for events and coordinate activities & events with other departments and external clients

* Ensure facilities will meet needs of multiple individual projects and coordinate with IT staff for technological needs;

* Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;

* Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives by coordinating with the Head-Projects & Maintenance;

* Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

* Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.

c.

* Directing and planning essential central services such as security, maintenance, mail archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;

* Maintain usage records & invoice clients accordingly.

* To involve in Space Management activities.

* Ensure health and safety in and around the hospital premises.

Maintenance of building grounds.
