Job Title: Maintenance Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Copper Wire Manufacturing Maintenance Head/Technician to join our team at our copper wire manufacturing factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our wire manufacturing equipment, including wire extruder machines, auto wire enamelling machines, and heat treatment furnaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC and VFD drives, enamelling machine installation, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain wire extruder machines, auto wire enamelling machines, and heat treatment furnaces, including enamel coating furnaces.
2. Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including electrical and mechanical problems.
3. PLC and VFD Drive Maintenance: Maintain and program PLC and VFD drives to ensure optimal equipment performance.
4. Enamelling Machine Installation: Install and commission new enamelling machines, ensuring proper setup and operation.
5. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Education and Certification:
1. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering: A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
2. Certification in PLC Programming or VFD Drive Maintenance: Certification in PLC programming or VFD drive maintenance is an added advantage.
