Job Title: Maintenance Head CTC 15LPA Location: Pashamylaram (Hyd) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Copper Wire Manufacturing Maintenance Head/Technician to join our team at our copper wire manufacturing factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our wire manufacturing equipment, including wire extruder machines, auto wire enamelling machines, and heat treatment furnaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC and VFD drives, enamelling machine installation, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain wire extruder machines, auto wire enamelling machines, and heat treatment furnaces, including enamel coating furnaces. 2. Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including electrical and mechanical problems. 3. PLC and VFD Drive Maintenance: Maintain and program PLC and VFD drives to ensure optimal equipment performance. 4. Enamelling Machine Installation: Install and commission new enamelling machines, ensuring proper setup and operation. 5. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. 6. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Education and Certification: 1. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. 2. Certification in PLC Programming or VFD Drive Maintenance: Certification in PLC programming or VFD drive maintenance is an added advantage.
Legal Advisory & Corporate Governance - Advise management and business units on corporate law, company structuring, and contract law matters. - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including shareholder agreements, vendor and customer contracts, JV agreements, and NDAs. - Assist in legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and new investments. - Manage board meetings, resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers with Company Secretarial team. Taxation & Structuring - Advise on direct and indirect taxation, capital gains planning, transfer pricing, and group tax strategy. - Assist in structuring investments, business reorganizations, and family wealth planning from a legal and tax perspective. - Work with external advisors for advance rulings, tax assessments, and litigation strategy when required. - Stay updated with tax law changes (e.g., GST, Income Tax Act, International Taxation, DTAA, GAAR). Compliance & Regulatory - Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and other applicable regulations. - Handle FDI/FPI/ODI-related documentation and RBI filings. - Coordinate filings with ROC, income tax authorities, and other statutory bodies. - Support statutory audits and liaise with tax and legal authorities as necessary. Risk Management & Dispute Resolution - Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across operations and transactions. - Oversee or coordinate ongoing litigation, arbitration, and notices with external counsel. - Implement internal policies and controls to prevent non-compliance or legal disputes.
